Mary is a Realtor and Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker — The Property Exchange in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She's built her business on local expertise, honest guidance, and a genuine care for every client she works with.

From first-time buyers to long-time investors, Mary walks alongside her clients from the first showing through closing — negotiating hard, communicating clearly, and making the process feel less overwhelming.

On the investment side, Mary works exclusively with 1031 Exchange clients. All other commercial and investment business is referred to her trusted commercial team so every client is matched with the right specialist.

Steve is Mary's husband and a licensed Realtor who steps in whenever the calendar fills up — showing homes, meeting inspectors, and giving clients an extra set of trusted hands.

Born and raised in Wyoming, Steve knows the neighborhoods, the builders, and the little details that make a house feel like home. He brings the same commitment to service and the same client-first mindset that clients expect from the Knox name.

Together, Mary and Steve make sure no client ever feels like they're waiting — someone from the team is always available to answer the phone, walk a property, or think through the next move.
